Carrie Velasquez has proven time and time again that she is a champion—not only as a seven-time national diving champion, but also as a powerful and tenacious advisor for her clients. An educated professional with a personalized approach to real estate, Carrie specializes in residential properties in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas.
 
Carrie thrives in her real estate career by leveraging the determination, self-discipline and relentless work ethic that made her the Big Ten Diver of the Year in 1995. Responsive and thorough, she loves the sense of exhilaration that comes from negotiating outstanding results and delivering successful closings.
 
Going the extra mile for her clients is a source of pride for Carrie, who views her role as an agent as a tremendous responsibility. Drawing from the research skills that allowed her to earn a degree from the University of Michigan, she provides her clients with useful insights and valuable guidance about multiple aspects of real estate.
 
Real estate has been a passion for Carrie since the seventh grade, and she has consistently worked to further her knowledge and training in her down time. Working alongside real estate veteran Michelle Bushée, she enjoys creating comprehensive marketing campaigns and searching the local market for homes with hidden value.
 
Raised in a suburb of Chicago, Carrie and her husband moved to Pittsburgh to follow his career, as he was the strength coach for the Pirates for nine years. They were captivated by the area and decided to stay in North Hills, where they are raising two children.
 
Carrie is active with Autism Research in her spare time. Helping children in foster care is also a cause that is close to her heart, as she and her husband adopted their 13-year-old from foster care seven years ago.
